Scenario 1: For Existing Plugbooks Users
If you’re already registered with Plugbooks, follow these steps to connect your eBay store:
Step 1: Add a New Sales Channel
Log in to your Plugbooks account and click on the dropdown in the top-right corner where your current store is listed. From the options, select “Add New Sales Channel” to access the list of available platforms.

Step 2: Select eBay as Your Sales Channel
From the list of sales channels, choose eBay. You will be directed to the eBay store setup page.
Scenario 2: For New Plugbooks Users
If you’re new to Plugbooks, start by registering for an account. Follow the steps outlined here to Create an Account on Plugbooks.
Once registered, follow the steps below to connect your eBay store.
Common Steps for Both Scenarios (Steps 3 to 6)
Step 3: Enter Store Name to connect eBay
On the eBay setup page, simply enter your Store Name for eBay.
Step 4: Connect to eBay
After adding your store name, click the “Connect to eBay” button. This will redirect you to eBay’s login page, where you will be asked to log in and grant permission for Plugbooks to access your eBay seller data.
Step 5: Bookkeeping Setup (Optional)
Once connected to eBay, you’ll be taken to the bookkeeping setup page. Here, you can connect with QuickBooks or Xero if you use these platforms. If you don’t, you can skip this step and proceed.
