How to Reconnect Your Sales Channel in Plugbooks

Managing your e-commerce business smoothly is crucial, and sometimes sales channels like Amazon or eBay may get disconnected from your Plugbooks account. Whether due to changes in authorization or other issues, reconnect sales channel is a simple process that ensures your sales data stays up to date.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to reconnect your store’s sales channels in Plugbooks:

Step 1: Log In to Your Plugbooks Account

Begin by logging into your Plugbooks account using your credentials. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to modify store settings, as this process will involve accessing sensitive sales information.

Step 2: Select the Store You Want to Reconnect

After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard. From here, navigate to the list of stores connected to your account. Choose the specific store for which you want to reconnect the sales channel.

Step 3: Access the Settings Menu

Once you’ve selected the store, go to the Settings menu. This menu is located in the left-hand sidebar of your Plugbooks dashboard.

Step 4: Navigate to the Sales Channel Info

Within the Settings menu, you’ll find a sub-menu. Click on Store, and a new page will open with detailed store settings. Here, you’ll see a section labeled Sales Channel.

Step 5: Reconnect Your Sales Channel

In the Sales Channel Info section, there will be a button labeled Reconnect next to the sales channel information. Clicking on this button will initiate the reconnection process.

Step 6: Authorize the Sales Channel

Once you click Reconnect, Plugbooks will request authorization from your selected sales channel (e.g., Amazon, eBay). Follow the on-screen prompts to reauthorize access. This may involve logging into your sales channel account and granting the necessary permissions to Plugbooks.

Step 7: Confirmation of Reconnection

After authorization, you’ll receive a confirmation that the sales channel has been successfully reconnected. You can now rest assured that your store’s sales data will continue syncing with Plugbooks without any interruptions.
